The actual shipping fee is applied for all private customers

The wholesale customers (salon owners) will receive a separate invoice for the delivery costs, which is derived from the actual tariffs of a selected transport company. Free delivery is possible upon the total value of the order and special agreement.

The spray tan equipment and tent are delivered under special tariffs that are visible while ordering as soon as the address of delivery is filled in the order form. There is no free shipping for spray tan equipment and tent.

The goods are only dispatched after payment for the goods and delivery is received. 

The delivery options explicitly stated in the checkout are not applied to wholesale customers (salon owners).

Wholesale customers are all customers who receive wholesale prices for salons.

NOTE:
1. for delivery to the German universities campuses it is mandatory to add to the delivery address: number of the building/block, number of the room of a recipient
2. for delivery to the Business Centres in Germany it is mandatory to add to the delivery address: entrance door code number
3. to avoid mistakes while delivery, it is highly recommended to provide your address in English letters

Delivery terms (upon the forwarders' terms and a shipping option):

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, delivery of goods are made within some business days starting from the date of shipment as follows:

1-3 days for: Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary

2-4 days for: North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania

4-7 days for: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland

5-7 days for: Denmark, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Cyprus

6-8 days for: Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Israel, Ireland, Malta, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Spain, Turkey 

9-15 days for: Canada, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Lebanon, Algerie, Morocco Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iceland etc

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekend and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. 

Once an order has been shipped, we can provide the customer with shipping confirmation and tracking information (if available). From this point, the responsibility for the delivery process lies with the shipping carrier and the local postal service.

If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or otherwise undelivered, the customer is responsible for contacting their local post office or shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange delivery or collection of the parcel.

We are happy to assist customers by providing shipping documentation, tracking details, or other relevant information needed for communication with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or undelivered packages after they have been dispatched.

Shipping method "Extra low shipping fee (without tracking)" :

To keep the cost of delivery allowable for many customers some transport companies offer an economy shipping option called “Extra Low Shipping Fee (without tracking)”. This shipping method is provided at a reduced cost and stipulates an unregistered shipment without standard end-to-end tracking.

Such shipments may include only a customs reference number used for customs processing purposes. This number does not guarantee active tracking updates and may not provide any tracking information until the parcel arrives at a carrier facility or destination country hub. Tracking visibility and status updates depend entirely on the destination country’s postal operator or courier service.

Customers choosing this shipping method acknowledge and accept that:

• delivery times may be longer than standard tracked shipping methods

• tracking updates may be limited, delayed, or unavailable

• it may not be possible to initiate an official parcel search or investigation with the postal service (in a case of delay or a parcel lost)

• the exact location of the parcel may not be identifiable during transit

By selecting this shipping option, the customer accepts all risks associated with untracked delivery methods. No refunds, replacements, or claims for compensation for delayed, missing, or undelivered shipments sent using the “Extra low shipping fee (without tracking)” method after shipment confirmation has been provided by the sender/seller.

Damaged products 

For the products damaged during transportation due to the carrier's fault.

• please open the package envelope or box and look over (inspect) the products BEFORE you will legally confirm the delivery. If the products are damaged you should deny to accept them. As soon as you or people authorised by you take the goods or somehow confirm the receipt of the delivered goods, no transport company will accept the claim post factum (after the goods were given to you);

• to make a claim to a carrier you need to provide a proof of damage to the item upon receipt of the item, including photos, a complaint on the delivery note, etc. Without such a proof, provided on the day of actual receipt of the item, your claim, request for substitution or refund may be denied).

The placement of order and making payment means your consent with these shipping policy terms.
