To tan safely we recommend starting off your holiday with a medium to high protection sun cream before moving onto a low protection sun cream.

How to apply your Australian Gold SPF 30 Spray Gel:
- Apply your sun cream 20 minutes before sun exposure
- Can be layered with tanning lotion, which is applied immediately before sun exposure
- Reapply your sun cream (and tanning lotion) every two hours as a minimum. This frequency should be increased if swimming, sweating or towel drying
For external use only. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. If any unwanted reactions occur, stop using the product.
